Who we are
OGCEN (Organic Growth Center) operates this website at organicgrowth.center. This policy covers the public website only. Client engagements are covered by a separate agreement and privacy notice, provided when work begins.

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the Start Growing or Contact forms, we receive what you type: your name, email, organization, website, and message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Preferences. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to review your current digital presence.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be added.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship. If you do not become a client, we delete enquiry records within 12 months. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Who else sees it
Only OGCEN staff who need it to respond to you, and the service providers that host our website and email. Those providers process information on our instructions and under contract. We do not share information with anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
